Customs duties or taxes are not payable by Lido. Please check with your local customs authority on any customs duties or taxes that are payable by you, regulations and guidelines differ by country.
If shipping costs are not applied due to seasonal offers the item is considered as on sale. All sale items are final, cannot be exchanged or refunded under any circumstance.

During 7 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the refund of items, which you must return to us unused. In the case of a product damadged during transportation, please send a photo proof to email@example.com. For returns please follow the procedure as detailed in the Return Procedure and Delays chapter. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within 10 days of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card. Note that shipping, additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. All exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items will be replaced by the same type of product, subject to availability. Items cannot be exchanged or refunded at our stores.

If you were to be unsatisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions below:
1. Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know the reason for the return and pictures of the product if faulty. Please also include your name, e-mail address and phone number so that we can contact you, if necessary.
2. Please send any returns to:
Package your return item in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.
3. Returns must include all original tags and accompanying packaging.
Refunds will be processed in the form in which payment was received. Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to process. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies.
