We do not guarantee that all the items available at the lido-lido.com online shop are in stock at the time of your order. In case we are out of stock of any items in your order we will contact you by phone or by e-mail. Lido may at any time change the content of the site and the items available in the product range. Though Lido strives to always display the correct texts, images and pricing in the site and web shop, errors may occur.
If you have been charged the wrong amount when shopping from the web shop, we will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or canceling your order. If we are unable to get in touch with you, your order will be automatically cancelled. Lido cannot be held responsible for any damage caused from using the site or not being able to use the site. We operate during business days. Orders are shipped from 1 to 3 working days following the day the order was placed. Depending on your country of residence delivery could take from 2 to 6 days. Payment And Prices
We accept payments by PayPal and all credit cards. The full amount will be charged on the date the order is made.All prices include Italian VAT at 22%. Shipping costs may be added to your order. Please view Shipping above for shipping charges. Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Lido-lido.com ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Lido does not keep its customers’ payment card details.
Exchanges And Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to make a return. Please assure that the items are unworn and new, with all original tags attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the client at their cost. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your order number, the item(s) you wish to send back and whether you would like to return or exchange your purchase. Our Returns department will assess your request, and provide further instructions for return as soon as possible.The customer will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning or exchanging an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
